Unfortunately, the bivariate probit model does not support sampling
weights. My understanding is that the weights for glm and other models in
R are used for the fitting process (in iterated weighted least squares)
and are generally not the survey weights. There is a package called
"survey" which has several regression models, but we haven't wrapped it
yet.
