You don't have to create a library.
Try this:
install.packages("MNP", repos = "http://cran.wustl.edu")
install.packages("Zelig", repos = "http://r.iq.harvard.edu", type =
"source")
Then, to load:
library(Zelig)

I just downloaded R onto my Mac. I was able to successfully download
Amelia, but not successful with downloading Zelig.
I think I have to create a library. I followed the commands to create one,
but I keep getting errors.. I only want to run R commands.
