Hi Shane -
This is actually a feature change that wasn't properly announced. "plot.ci"
has a "var" parameter now which specifies the variable to designate the
"x-axis". Smarter variation checking (or at least a more informative warning)
should be available in the near future. This change was made to handle some cases that
cropped up, etc.
I'll be updating the documentation accordingly. For now, info on plot.ci is available
via:
help("plot.ci")

Subject: [zelig] plot.ci not working in Zelig
Hello,
In the newest version of Zelig (4.1.2) the plot.ci command seems to be broken.
Using the example located on the help page for plot.ci I get the below errors (I've
put them in bold).
I get the same results if I use "plot" in place of "plot.ci"
Thanks,
Shane
