Dear listmembers,
I get an error message when I try the factor.bayes model even though I'm
using the latest versions of R and Zelig. When I type:
z.out <- zelig(cbind(mdivteam, wrkrteam, labmgmt,
compfirm, purchsup,
invfirms, tnchs, tnclc, govtints, wagecoor,
busconf)~ NULL,
factors = 2, model = "factor.bayes", data = stata.data)
I get the following message
Error in var(x, na.rm = na.rm) : missing observations in cov/cor
I get the same error if I type:
z.out <- zelig(cbind(mdivteam, wrkrteam, labmgmt, compfirm, purchsup,
invfirms, tnchs, tnclc, govtints, wagecoor, busconf)~ NULL,
model = "factor.bayes", data = stata.data, factors = 2)
Does this mean I have to get rid of all observations that contain missing
data?
Thanks in advance,
