To whom this may concern,
I am trying to run a Cox Proportional Hazards Regression in the
following way, using Zelig:
z.out <- zelig(Surv(duration, Censored) ~ Ethnic1 + Type + Year1, model
= "coxph", data = data)
but I get the following error:
Error in fitter(X, Y, strats, offset, init, control, weights = weights, :
NA/NaN/Inf in foreign function call (arg 6)
In addition: Warning message:
In fitter(X, Y, strats, offset, init, control, weights = weights, :
Ran out of iterations and did not converge
Does anyone know just what that means and how I can get around it?
Johannes
