Could you let us know what operating system you are using? It looks like
you need to rebuild a few packages: MASS and boot. Try
install.packages("MASS")
install.packages("boot")
And then reload Zelig.

Any thoughts on a solution would be appreciated. I looked at the
source code and my only thought is that there is some incompatability
betwen the latest version of vglm and the zelig sim procedure.
