To whom it may concern,
Thanks a lot for all the work you put into ZELIG. I benefit a lot.
I would like to use the netlogit model for my network data. To do so I need
to transform my data into the format required by the ZELIG. In the help
function I am pointed to the format.network.data function, which is part of
the netglm package. Unfortunately that package does not work anymore with
R.3.0.
Do you have an idea if there is alterative function / an alternative way how
I could bring my data into the required format? I tried a 3D array, but then
was not sure call the different layers.

Hello all,
After performing a perfectly balanced matching with 2:1 nearest neighbour and replacement we now want to run logistic regression and cox proportional hazard on those matched cases. We would like to adjust for the weights created by matchit (2:1 & replacement) and for the matching as well.
Clogit for example does not take into account the weights, but with strata for the pairing. After checking multiple packages and functions I wonder if there is a function that is taking care of both problems?
Any help and advice is highly appreciated!

Hi,
gamma.mixed with log link is required to analyse the data. I am trying
to use zelig() function, but I don't know how to define log link here.
Please advise me on this regard..
Thank you very much in advanced.
