Hi,
I am new to R and Zelig, so please forgive me if my questions sound stupid.
I am doing a logistic regression analysis using multiple imputed data
created by Amelia II.
I ran the following command to test a logistic model:
z.out.rq4 <- zelig(as.factor(STEM) ~ as.factor(gender) + as.factor(Race)
+ fincome + as.factor(ParentEducation) + HGPA + PN_I + PN_S + PN_A +
PN_E, model="logit", data =
mi(STEMIMP1,STEMIMP2,STEMIMP3,STEMIMP4,STEMIMP5,STEMIMP6,
STEMIMP7,STEMIMP8,STEMIMP9,STEMIMP10))
z.out.rq4
The "z.out.rq4" command showed me the results including residuals and
AIC for each data set, but I would like the combined residuals and AIC.
Is that possible?
Also, I would like to calculate Wald statistics for my MI data, how
should proceed?
Thank you in advance.
Daniel
