Hey all-
I have two variables that I want to match on. Ideally, I'd like to
combine both treatment variables in the same model. Is there anyway to
do this? Perhaps by multiplying the weights from each match to get a
single summary weight?

Unfortunately, current MatchIt does not allow for the multiple
treatments. You can look at the Biometrika paper by Imbens or my JASA
paper: http://imai.princeton.edu Unfortunately, both require some
handcoding...

one thing you could do is to create a single 4-category variable from
the 2 treatment variables. then you could match on that. if you have
enough data, CEM for example would enable you to have the equivalent of
a treatment group and 3 control groups, all balanced on the covariates.
