Hi Everyone,
Suppose each unit in the treatment group responds to the treatment
differently, how does this affect the causal estimate? In general,
what does it mean
to have heterogenous treatment effects? Thanks.

I am interested in creating a QQ plot for a propensity score. Is this possible using the plot () command in Matchit? I am able to do this for all of my covariates but do not see an option for the propensity score.
Thanks. -Jill

Hi,
I'm using CEM to match my data. What is a reasonable value of the L1 statistic when testing the balance of matched data? I have heard elsewhere that a value of 0.25 or lower is acceptable, but I am unsure.
Thanks,

Colleagues-
In a recent review I received, it was suggested that I match using the
dichotomous measure of the treatment variable (as is, of course,
necessary), but then run the weighted regression with the full scale
of the treatment variable, rather than then dichotomous version. Is
this kosher, or one must one still use the dichotomous version of the
treatment variable in the final analysis?
Thanks much,
-c

Yes. That's why they should have called it pruning.
