this isn't in Clarify. your options are to do it 'by hand' in Clarify,
drawing the coefficients yourself and computing a quantity of interest, or
switching to Zelig (
http://gking.harvard.edu/zelig) which has multilevel
models you can use for the same purpose and in a few weeks will also have
these commands as well.
