Hello all! I am a PhD student in the Department of Public Administration at the
University of Kansas. I am in the process of working on a model/article that employs the
use of the Clarify software package. I ran an ordered logit model that examines a
moderated-mediator relationship. Testing literature from our field, the model
hypothesizes that low political support (scale ranging from 1-5) translates into higher
levels of hierarchical authority. Higher levels of hierarchical authority are
hypothesized to translate into higher levels of organizational performance (captured along
excellent, average, and below average performing organizations). However, the
relationship between levels of hierarchical authority and organizational performance is
moderated by the organization's communication style. Basically, I would like to
create several graphs on the predicted values of my model. These would plot varying
levels of hierarchical authority and communication style along the type of organization
and levels of political support.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to determine how to do this in lieu of the Stata/Clarify
outputs. I have attempted to follow the example provided in the Clarify support
literature, but have been unable to generate any graphs. Any advice or direction any of
you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.
