Hi Ying-lung,
Are you using the eiR package? If so, are you using a 2x2 or RxC model?
If you give me the exact syntax of what you are running, I can better tell
you why they are returning different output.
Best,
Molly

Hello,
I have used the syntax “ei.hier” and “ei.RxC” in Zelig for several times
in the past.
Recently, I started to use this ei package, and I found the results came
out from this two packeges (ei and Zelig) are different .
Are there any default setting different between ei and Zelig ?
Best,
Ying-lung Chou
