If you want the fixed effects aspects of xtreg, you can add the dummy variables 'by hand' and clarify will work fine.   If you want the random effects parts, then you might consider Zelig.

Hi,
I am trying to use Clarify to analyze some imputed data from Amelia.
The problem is that my preliminary analyses indicate I need to use
xtreg and Clarify doesn't appear to support this model. Any
suggestions?
Thanks,
Jenifer
